I meet with you in person or virtually to discuss your goals for selling your property.  I will list your property by featuring it in multiple listing services and several websites to get the maximum exposure.  We will arrange an open house if needed.  I provide flyers and signage to post on the property.  I will arrange expert photography and any staging if needed.  You can have as little or as much say as the marketing plan for your home.  You are always in control of the process that I will execute. 

Buy a Home

It happens sometimes that you call the realtor who lists a property you are interested in and ask them to show you the house.  Since that person is also representing the seller, you may find yourself preferring another realtor to represent your interests as the buyer.  When you hire me as your Buyer Representative, I will be getting to know you, your situation, and your preferences.  I will make sure your ducks are in a row so when we place an offer on a property, we will have a complete package with that offer.

I have access to professionally furnish your house to create a model home experience for potential buyers who tour your home.  In some cases, this investment is paramount to getting the best sales price.

Sell Before You Buy Program

I have a sell before you buy program that will allow you to cash out most of your equity while you go through the purchase of the new home.  It allows for you to apply for the new home loan with a clean slate of existing debt.  The best part is that you will stay in the existing home until it is time to move into your new property.
